Struggling with pain, confidence or just keeping that weight off?
Have you tried everything but nothing seems to help?
Hypnosis could be just what you’re looking for.
Using clinically recognised techniques and working with a professionally trained therapist, you could live that life you’ve always wanted knowing your pain, confidence and weight issues are managed, controlled and reduced.
Some people say hypnosis is the best thing they’ve ever done, but the best thing for you is there’s absolutely no side-effects and you can stop anytime you like.
What’s to lose?
Hypnosis really could be that missing link to help you:
> Live with less pain
> Go out and get what you want with confidence
> Or even fit into those clothes you love
But who am I?
I’m Craig and I’m the UK’s number one motivational mindset coach. I’m your internationally certified life and business coaching professional. I spend my days helping people overcome obstacles that have been holding them back for years.
For me, there’s nothing I hate more than seeing someone fail because they don’t know how to change things and there’s nothing better than seeing them succeed because they made that decision to say YES!
With a range of programmes specifically designed to target your needs, you can ditch those issues holding you back.
But, what’s even better, the brilliant enhancement 101 programme is your tailor-made package – there to help with anything you need from anxiety to phobias.
So, there literally is nothing to lose – except maybe that issue that’s holding you back…
It’s a set of techniques that enhances your concentration and minimises your distractions.
When in this state you have heightened responsiveness to suggestions of change to your limiting thoughts and instead replacing them with positive ones.
It’s a procedure rather than a treatment and can make other types of therapies and treatments easier.
Essentially, you’re learning how to use your mind to manage emotional distress and physical symptoms or behaviours.
When you’re in a hypnosis session, we tune the conscious part of your brain out. You focus on relaxation and letting go of distracting thoughts by making your mind more focused, so you can use it more purposefully.
During your session you’ll probably find that your pulse and respiration relax and slows, like it does when you sleep.
Everyone is individual so your experience is likely to be a little different to someone else, but most people feel a pleasant, relaxed sensation. Some describe a trance-like state and others experience it as imagery or the soothing of body sensations.
Most people feel aware but relaxed, comfortable and peaceful.
Some people respond to hypnosis better than others, but you’ll never know if you don’t try it for yourself.
There are no side effects and if it doesn’t work, you can stop at any time.
Most people can be hypnotised. However, it depends on them understanding the things they have to do to get to the state of hypnosis.
But, I will explain everything beforehand, so there’s nothing to worry about.
No it can’t. I practice clinical hypnosis and it isn’t the same as the stage hypnosis you see on the TV. In clinical hypnosis, you are free to accept or reject any of the suggestions I give you.
It’s all in your control.
Yes absolutely. You’ll feel deeply relaxed but you won’t lose contact with the hypnotherapist’s voice, so will be completely aware.
Here, you’d simply come out of hypnosis naturally as you’ve lost the rapport with the therapist. You won’t remain in the trance. No one has ever remained in a hypnotic state indefinitely, so there’s no need to worry about that.
No. Instead, it’s more like a half-way state between sleeping and being awake. You will feel relaxed and it will tune your conscious mind out.
